Roy Grant, Chairman at Retalon Inc.
Roy is currently the Chairman of Retalon Inc. As the former Chairman and CEO of CCi Retail Automation, Roy was responsible for growing the company from a one man start-up to its current global market position. Prior to joining CCi, Roy’s experience in IT and retail included being the VP, Large Account Marketing and Partner in ComputerLand Western Canada, Director, Sales with JDA Canada and Senior Vice President and a founder of Infocorp, a publicly traded retail software development firm that went from start-up to global with over 14,000 installations. He has spoken extensively on Retail Automation in Asia and Europe as well as across North America.

Wadood Ibrahim is CEO and co-founder of Protegra and has been leading the organization for the past decade. Protegra is a business performance consulting and information technology solutions company with offices in Canada and California. Protegra has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Canada for three years in a row by Profit Magazine.
Patañjali Venkatacharya, Chief Evangelist & UX Architect at Oracle Corporation
Patañjali has worked as a human interface designer, software engineer, consultant, developer, and entrepreneur for over 20 years. At Oracle, Pat is responsible for leading applications user experience (Oracle Fusion, Siebel, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, E-Business Suite, Agile). Prior to joining Oracle, he was a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, leading the out-of-the-box user experience efforts for Windows Vista.

Jim Arkebauer, Principal and Management Consultant, Venture Associates
Jim Arkebauer, who founded Venture Associates in 1982, has been entrepreneuring for 35 years in many types of industries ranging from retailing and manufacturing to public company formation and management. He has been instrumental in founding dozens of companies, assisted over 40 in going public, and has been reviewing over 500 business plans yearly for the past 25 years. He is involved in risk analysis and the evaluation of many new technologies, assembling management teams, and structuring and implementing debt and equity placements.
Ted Chung, Assistant Portfolio Manager at MTB Investment Advisors
Ted Chung is a Chartered Financial Analyst and was an Associate Director at Bear Stearns, New York, in the IT Hardware Equity Research Department. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Ted was a consultant at Accenture, one of the country's premiere IT consulting companies.
Harvey Ferguson, Bank Consultant and Former CEO, First Choice Bank
Harvey has over 50 years of experience as a senior executive in the banking industry. His experience includes being the CEO of First Choice Bank, President and CEO of Placer Sierra Bank, Executive VP and Chief Administration Officer, California Community Bancshares, President, California Financial Bancorp, and Chairman and CEO of Bank of Orange County, Bank of Downey National Bank, and National Business Bank.
Tony MacDonald, Senior Director Finance at Oracle
Tony has public accounting experience and audit in mid to large size public companies in various industries. He has seed start-up experience raising financing, and extensive international audit experience (Europe, Asia, Africa, South America).

Eugene has a practice that focuses on securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions for junior and emerging companies. He has been involved in advising public companies with respect to a variety of transactions including initial public offerings, private placements, take-over bids, stock exchange listings, shareholder and proxy related matters, capital pool offerings, qualifying transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He has also provided advice on a broad variety of corporate/commercial transactions including acquisitions and divestitures, equity and debt financings, secured transactions, employment and consulting contracts, joint venture and shareholder agreements, partnerships and corporate restructurings.
